It’s the Friday Finale! Sailing season is around the corner and CRAB is ready to set sail ⛵ Check out what we’ve been up to this week 👇 Tuesday: CRAB spent time tending to their oyster gardens this week. Special thank you to Catherine Schaaf for cleaning the oyster cages. Wednesday: Despite the windy weather, CRAB installed and raised their new sails from Neil Pryde. Thank you to CRAB volunteers and the students from Severn School Sailing Team that came to help. Wednesday: SPIRIT Fitness led another inspirational class for CRAB’s guests. Guests enjoyed an active class while socializing with peers. Friday: CRAB hosted their second blood drive at the Adaptive Boating Center (ABC). More than 20 people volunteered to give blood from 10am-3pm. It was a great day to make a difference 💪 CRAB 🦀 is grateful for our volunteers and donors who have contributed to a successful week at CRAB. A very special thank you goes out to the Taishoff Family Foundation for their generous support of ARC of the Central Chesapeake’s group sailing program and for Annapolis Yacht Club’s grant in support of CRAB’s Kid Sailing Camps. Check in every Friday for CRAB’s weekly wrap-up. We’re looking forward to a fun and busy year ahead!
