Llangynwyd Rangers Women 7️⃣-3️⃣ Cwmbran Celtic Women 💚⚽ A very competitive game against a good Cwmbran Celtic side tonight. Credit to them — they played some brilliant football and had us under real pressure. The first half wasn’t us and we didn’t play the football we know we’re capable of, we moved away from our style of play. At half-time, the girls regrouped, came out fighting, and got back to playing our football 💪⚽ The second-half performance showed the character, determination, and quality in this squad, with seven goals and a huge team effort from start to finish. ⚽️Goal Scorers Kim Joseph-Alexander x3 Courtney Howells x2 Demi Hurley Livvy Owens 🎯 Assists Demi Hurley x2 Courtney Howells x2 🏅 Players of the Match: 👏 Sadie Bishop 👏 Jade Nicholas Thank you to everyone who came down to support us — the roar from the sidelines every time we got going and found our football again gave the girls a huge lift and pushed us on right until the final whistle 👏⚽

Our team recently completed the safe removal and licensed disposal of an asbestos-containing corrugated roof from a double garage in Hindhead. Once the asbestos sheets were carefully dismantled, securely wrapped, and transported to a licensed hazardous waste facility, we followed on with the installation of a new metal roof supplied and installed by @rr_roofing24 , as requested by our client. From removal to reinstatement, the project was handled professionally from start to finish — leaving the garage safe, secure, and fully weatherproof. ☎️ 07936 653423 📧 info@safezoneasbestos.com 🌐 www.safezoneasbestos.com 📍 Venture House, 2 Arlington Square, Berkshire, RG12 1WA

About last night 💃 Can’t believe I walked away with the @mtgpfightnight Super-Bantamweight British Title 🇬🇧 This being my first A Class fight (first 5 x 3s as well😅) I knew I needed to step up my training. Just in the past 8 weeks alone, I’ve pushed myself to new limits and genuinely shocked myself with what I can achieve. Saying that, win, lose or draw, I wanted this to be a career changing performance, and I truly think I’ve done that. Firstly, I’d like to thank Elia and her team for the fight. It was an absolute battle over 5 rounds on one of the UK’s biggest stages – an incredible experience and the toughest fight of my career so far. I wish you and your team all the best. 🙏🏻 Thank you to @philiptieu , Star and the @mtgpfightnight team for the opportunity to fight and putting on an extraordinary show. It takes an army to support my training during fight camps, a huge thank you to my team at @pride_combat_athletics - @martin.cole, @halseagram, @_d.edwards, @joshhwilkins, @harty1988, @primeperformance_, @kibra_ferries, @jacob.wells75 Thank you to @rupertquineymsc from @trainhockeysmart. Your knowledge and expertise has shaped my fight camp S&C and has turned me into an athlete. We’ve been hitting PBs throughout camp, even when in a deficit and getting lighter each week. @williams.nutrition thank you for your guidance and support during the camp. Hugely appreciate your knowledge to ensure I performed on fight day. A huge huge thank you to everyone who bought tickets and watched the live stream! To step into the ring knowing my nearest and dearest were by my side meant everything. Lastly, I’d like to also thank my sponsors @kahunanutritionuk @rr_roofing24 @stickybunfightersphotography for your continued support. What’s next for me? Rest up & then prep for a 3 week trip to Thailand babyyyy 🇹🇭 #seeyouatthetop ⛰️

R&R Roofing 🔨 A brand new logo for @kibra_ferries and his start up @rr_roofing24 🏠 I loved testing my skills for this project as Kibra asked for a golden iridescent design, as shown in the inspiration logo. I’m really happy with how this project concluded and so happy to see the final result. Especially proud of the fact that the logo has been printed on his work van! 🚐 Happy client ✅ New skill developed ✅ Slick & high quality logo ✅ DM if you’d like to collab on any projects 🎨
