Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is - his good, pleasing and perfect will.

✨ Day 68

📖 Read Deuteronomy 32:48–52; 33:1–29; 34:1–12

Good leaders love well.

Moses had come to his final day on earth. God told him to climb to the top of Mount Nebo and look out across the Promised Land—the land God had promised to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob—but Moses would not enter it.

You might expect Moses to be upset after leading the people for so long. Instead, he looks over the tribes of Israel and blesses each one, speaking kind and encouraging words over them. After this, Moses passes away in Moab, and Joshua, son of Nun, is filled with the Spirit and begins to lead the people.

🤍Reflection

Leadership is difficult, but good leaders love well.

Moses had to discipline the people, correct them, and guide them when they complained, rebelled, and turned away from God. Yet he also prayed for them, encouraged them, and in his final moments blessed each tribe.

That is what good leaders do. They make hard decisions, set boundaries, and bring correction—but they also pray, encourage, protect, and love the people they lead.

Moses knew God face to face and followed Him fully. Because of this, he knew how to lead.

To lead well, we must love well.
And to love well, we must seek God.

He is our King, our Father, and our ultimate leader. When we walk in His ways and follow Him, we begin to lead like Jesus.

“The Lord your God goes before you and will fight for you, just as you saw him do for you in Egypt.”
Deuteronomy 1:30 (NIV)

YTH WKND 2026💙

I had such an amazing time this weekend growing closer to the lord with my girls! Despite the storms that you may be going through in life, God is the one who calms them! Lean on the Lord! “Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” Psalm‬ ‭46‬:‭10‬ ‭ESV‬‬
