Catholic ear worms and shopping dilemmas… All jokes aside, I couldn’t be more proud of my sisters @rrkovach and @harkovach for their upcoming quest on the Camino de Santiago! I can’t wait to hear about your incredible adventures!

To the best Dad in the world, thank you for protecting me from Rafiki... or more likely protecting Rafiki from me… 😂 I hope you have the most beautiful birthday today and know how incredibly blessed we all are to live in a world with your kindness, strength, humor, and heart. Through thick and thin, from building furniture to the most epic car karaoke, even my intense Rafiki era… 😆 I have always been so unbelievably proud to be your daughter. I'm so grateful I get to celebrate you today and every day. Happy birthday, Daddio!!! 🤗

To all my friends who pray, if you can send some big prayers out for my beautiful mama, @rmkovach , we can really use them right now. Last week she had a pretty serious stroke, and finally after a long week in the ICU, she has been transferred to an acute rehab facility to learn how to walk and move her left side again. It’s going to be a pretty grueling process, and I know it’s going to take a lot of effort, but I know she’s such a tough amazing lady, she can get through anything. We all appreciate the prayers on this new chapter for her. We love you and appreciate your support.
