WINGER MOVEMENT ⚡⚽

Great wingers don’t just stay wide they know when to stretch, when to check in, and when to attack space.

🎯 Focus: Timing your runs, creating separation, receiving on the move, and making yourself dangerous in the final third.

💡 Tip: Check your shoulder before making your run so you know where the defender and space are.

🔄 Working on a new skill, check out my progress 👀⚽️

Been working with @rrskillslab on tracking a ball coming over my head and controlling it while running with my back to the ball. 🙏

First time trying it in a game, and I was able to lay it off to my teammate! 🙌

Learning a new skill is one thing. Having the guts to try it and implement it in a game is another. 💪 Trust the work, take the risk, and keep growing! 📈⚽️

A simple but effective finishing pattern: pass into the target player → set the ball → finish first time.

🎯 Focus on:

* Body position before receiving
* Clean, controlled finish

So grateful and excited to announce my verbal commitment to play division 1 soccer at The University Of Texas at El Paso!

First and foremost, thank You, Lord, for the gifts You have blessed me with and the opportunity to continue playing soccer at the Division I level. All glory to God for guiding me through this journey and allowing me to live out this dream. ❤️🙏🏼

Thank you to my parents for your endless love, sacrifices, and constant support throughout this journey. Thank you for believing in me, pushing me to be my best, and standing by my side through every high and low. I wouldn’t be where I am today without you, and I’m forever grateful for everything you’ve done for me. Thank you for driving me to practices, games, and events, even on those long, late nights when you were tired. Thank you for always being there for me no matter what I needed and for supporting me financially throughout it all. Your time, patience, dedication, and generosity mean more to me than I can ever express. I love you both so much. ❤️
As well as to my sister for showing up even when she didn't want to and her supporting me through every turn.

I would like to give appreciation to my coaches @fctucsonyouth Gabe Mendoza, Carlos Madringal, Caylee Carter, and Paul Nagy for helping me get to this point.

A big thank you to Roger @rrskillslab for giving me the skills to play at the division 1 level. Wouldn't have been able to do it without him!

🔥 Figure 8 Dribbling Drill

Tight control. Quick feet. Sharp changes of direction. ⚽🔥

The Figure 8 drill helps players improve close control, coordination, balance, and the ability to change direction while keeping the ball tight.

💡 Tip: Keep your touches small around the cones, then accelerate out of each turn like you’re escaping a defender.
