That was the best Daśami/Dussera ever, and my favorite Navaratri so far; and that’s really saying something! They’ve all been so profound.

The fruits of my navaratri sadhana/ proof of Devī’s divine favor is that I got to watch Uncle @rshetty00 and family perform at the Valley Hindu Temple with my favorite people 🥰 After all:

What is Hinduism without Puranic plays in overcrowded temples in diaspora enclaves in major western cities with all the shrieking mic feedback, phones ringing with their ringers on full blast and world class actors possessed by the energies of the deities they represent, performing for the goddess
because she is the queen and
in her court
art and festivity is the most appropriate worship..

After three nights of non stop festivity it was wonderful to crash out with my bestie @ka_the_alchemist at his Alchemist’s Roundtable at a kava bar talking tantra while it rained poetically outside for the first time in months…thanks for me having as a guest speaker, you guys!

Happy Scorpio Season + Venus Cazimi one and all 🌹

My name’s Rohan. I’m 17, and my dad keeps making life-changing decisions without asking anyone. 💀😂 Which moment was your favorite?

A little late in true Vivaswan fashion lmao, however I wanted to wish the man who taught me the meaning of family, unconditional love, empathy and compassion, detachment from materialism, how to lead, breathe, and the importance of community, and the man who crammed my head with the culture of the ancients 🕉️🙏🏾 a very Happy Father’s Day! Papa, ive witnessed you be a Father to many outside of the 3 children you created, so i hope you feel all the love our World has for you. You are an inspiration, and proof that age is just a number! Who else you know at 63 that can do headstands at the edge of the GRAND CANYON? 🙂‍↔️ Thanks for imparting all of your wisdom, we are forever grateful.
