Christmas Eve delivered the perfect surprise on the trail this morning. A little company, great conversation, a jammin’ playlist, and sunny 70-degree weather made it an absolutely ideal start to the day. Rodrick definitely pushed the pace and elevated my usual workout—but I wouldn’t have had it any other way.

And before you ask… HELL NO, we did not plan to wear the same colors! 🤣🤣🤣 Crazy how stuff just happens sometimes. Grateful for moments like these that remind me how good life really is.

@rsmithpr I’ve literally known and loved you for more than have of my life. You are the epitome of the word best friend and I’m so blessed to have you as such! Oh the inside jokes we share, the laughter, the tears and most of all the celebrations! You are a blessing and gift in and of itself! Happy Birthday Bestie! You are aging backwards and I love it! 🥰

Happy Birthday to me Mr. Butterscotch I’m just a light-skinned kid with a dream, some jokes, and ex athlete with a failed career. But somehow, y’all still show love. 🙏🏽💛
Comedy been blessing me lately and by blessing I mean giving me just enough laughs to keep going and just enough Ls to stay humble 😅
thank you,Seriously. This path is wild, but I’m grateful as hell to be on it.
Big love to my fellow Virgos… we might be emotionally constipated but we mean well 😭♍️
Another year, more growth, better jokes, hopefully less trauma to turn into content 😂

Now somebody send me little cash app money or at least fake laugh in the comments.
