🌟 Build Unshakeable Confidence: When you lift, you realize just how strong you are, both inside and out. That confidence doesn’t stay in the gym—it spills over into every part of your life. 🎉 Feel a Sense of Pride & Accomplishment: Each time you push past your limits, you’re not just lifting weights—you’re lifting your spirit. Every rep, every set, is a reminder of what you’re capable of. 🤝 Find Your Tribe: Strength training isn’t just a solo mission. It’s about finding a community of like-minded women who cheer you on, share in your victories, and support you every step of the way. ⏰ Your Time for You: For many of us, this is the one time in the day we get to focus on ourselves. It’s not just about fitness—it’s about self-care. It’s your time to recharge, reflect, and reclaim your power. 🪣 Fill Up Your Bucket: You can’t pour from an empty cup. By taking care of your physical and mental well-being through strength training, you’re filling up your bucket so you can show up as the best version of yourself for everyone else in your life. Ladies, strength training is more than a workout—it’s a way to invest in YOU. Ladies!!! I used to be OBSESSED WITH THE F*%#*G scale!!!! SHARE THIS IF YOU KNOW THE STRUGGLES or it spoke to you! Oh, and save it for later when you’re having a meltdown after two weeks of clean eating and heavy lifting! When I was obsessed with the scale— FOODS TERRIFIED ME— but I also was OBSESSED WITH FOOD! WTF!! You want to see true progress and results?!?! Then you’ve got to be committed to: Fueling your body (instead of treating it like a trash can), Eating the adequate amount of protein (no, you won’t look like the Hulk) Eating the right type of carbs (no, this is 💯necessary if you want to build muscle and burn off fat) Eating healthy fats (psst… these aren’t the fats that make our waistline grow) BE COMMITTED TO THE GRIND!!! You’ve got to put in the work with the iron!! 🔥No clue where to start or go—TRAIN WITH ME IN PERSON OR ONLINE!! STOP 🛑 being so obsessed with cardio— because if you don’t have a muscle base already then stupid amounts of cardio will NOT improve your metabolism! Progressively Overloading your body with different modalities in lifts! Sleeping at least 6 hours a night! Focus on getting stronger, fueling your body, mobility and active recovery!! Oh, and average 10k steps each day! #diet #diettips #dietplan #nutrition #nutriontips #weightloss #weightlosstips #weightlossjourney #fatloss #fatlossjourney #bodysculpting #bodysculptingtraining #nutritionhacks #thescalesucks #liftweights #womenshealth #womensfitness #trythisathome #trythis #fitnesstips @ouraring @athleta @brrrn #dobetter #dietsdontwork #loveyourself #loveyou #loveyourbody

Your health and fitness is an investment, not an expense! “The biggest risk, is not taking one at all!” I’ve taken some incredible risks in my life but none was more grueling and terrifying as I decided to move and build out this Barn! I had NO idea who would come, go or stay— but I held strong to the vision I wanted and the training I really wanted to provide! And reflecting back on the last 9 months— it has been everything and so much more than I ever imagined! I get to do what I love and am obsessively passionate about each and everyday! Watching my clients finish up this week and go through the workouts with incredible form, strength, endurance, grit and confidence— made my heart burst with joy, happiness and gratitude! So, if you’re sitting on a bigger idea for what you want in your life— here is your sign!! GO FOR IT!
