Meet Natalie of the Luminous Harmony, a character inspired by my future daughter‑in‑law, Natalie carries the same grace, musicality, and quiet strength into the Realm. Her harp isn’t just an instrument; it’s a source of calm and clarity in the Realm.
I’m excited to share her story with you.
You can read more about her here:

For 75 years, The Arc San Francisco has partnered with adults with developmental disabilities to expand access, opportunity, and belonging.
Today, hundreds of adults across San Francisco, Marin, and San Mateo counties are learning new skills, finding meaningful work, building friendships, expressing themselves through the arts, and taking on leadership roles in their communities.

Together, they are creating opportunities for people with developmental disabilities to learn, work, lead, and belong.

I need everyone to read this.

We had a slow natural gas leak in our home.

Our dog became seriously ill with neurological symptoms.
My husband and I had some symptoms as well.

And here’s the part that shocked me:

No one I talked to, not one person even knew natural gas detectors existed.

I’m a realtor. I knew about smoke detectors, CO detectors, fire extinguishers… but I have never heard, or spoke about natural gas detectors until yesterday.

That changes today.

If you have natural gas in your home, you NEED a detector.
They’re inexpensive.
They’re easy to install.
They can save your life, your pets, and your home.

Please don’t wait until something happens.

Share this. Someone you love might need it.

This teaser is hot off the press. GET PREPPED! is an upcoming video game, a pre-and-post-apocalyptic survival game. I help actual businesses and non-profits by placing them actually in this game. Your likeness, Your place of business, Your products/services. No pop up adds- creative immersion. If you would like to get in front of 972mm potential clients, message me.

We are so proud of you and the work you do! This is quite an honor.

MSN included Jamaal in its Top 10 Most Inspiring Men in 2026 feature.

His work has always come from a pretty human place: helping people with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and life overwhelm feel less alone and more equipped.

That same mission is what led him to write ADHD Life Skills 101. The book is not about pretending life is easy. It’s about building skills for the moments when life is very much not easy.

Jamaal is one of the therapists in the upcoming video game: GET PREPPED!
