When you’re a mom, THIS is what the ‘real world’ looks like sometimes, am I right?

This kids don’t always cooperate.
Childcare isn’t always available.
Sometimes the day doesn’t go as planned… and that’s OKAY!!

Mom still needs time for herself & sometimes that means lifting your babies instead of lifting weights.

At @hotbarbell and @rtb.fit we are family friendly.
We want your kids to grow up seeing how strong their mom is!! Imagine the gym narrative you grew up with (90’s supermodel trauma)…. Now imagine the narrative you get to create for your little ones when they get to see how fun it is to be STRONG.

We know being a mom is full time, over time, and nonstop. So we work with you, AND your babies, to make sure you still make time for yourself and your goals❤️

Shoutout to our lovely @amber_walley20 for rolling with the punches during today’s training session! 😍
