Sleep. Train. Recover. Repeat. w/ @garmin
The @garminoutdoor Fenix 8 has become an essential part of my daily routine. Here’s how it supports my journey:

Morning Insights: Every morning, I check my sleep score and training readiness. These insights help me validate how I feel before diving into my workouts.

Training Made Easy: While I do work with a personal trainer, it’s fun to plug in a different built-in workout to switch it up sometimes. The Fenix 8 has the capacity to customize training sessions to match your goals, while providing real-time data to ensure you’re on track.

Evening Report: As I wrap up the day, the evening report helps me assess my performance and recovery, seeing an overview helps me prepare for whatever tomorrow brings.

I spent a month in Canada, starting with the RnD event and then filming in Whistler. Opportunities like this mean so much to me, being able to spend time and ride with old friends overseas. ❤️ During the trip, I also made so many new friends, and it felt like I had known them much longer. A couple of days after I got home, my heart broke when I heard the sad news about the avalanche that took three lives, one of them being our friend, filmer, and Leanne’s partner Jeff, whom I had just gotten to know better and worked with. @leannepelosi and Jeff have done so much for snowboarding, especially for women’s snowboarding. I can’t thank them enough. ❤️

I miss everyone, and it’s hard not being there with them right now during this difficult time. All those affected by this tragedy are in my thoughts. Sending so much love from Finland to the families and loved ones of Jeff, Pash, and Jason. ❤️🌹

JEFF while filming for Full Moon. March 2025.

I hadn't really spent much time in the backcountry of Whis before this, but when I got there I could feel the energy of all the snowboarders that had come there before me to lace their dreams. I couldn't have asked for a better person to lead us in this special place than Jeff, a true pioneer that just wanted to be out all day.

We crushed cans of coffee in the backcountry, laughed when we blew a shot or got stuck, randomly stopped on the sled trail just to bullshit and took it easy to do what made sense. Jeff, you still owe me some beers homie.
