Golf 8R – UPGRADE CLUTCH - RTMG

Deze klant had turbodruk problemen in het midden toeren gebied. Vermoedelijk door een slippende koppeling.

Onze partner Complete Car Service in Soest heeft de verdere diagnose gedaan en geconstateerd dat de koppeling klaar was.

In overleg met de klant hebben zij een RTMG Performance-koppeling gemonteerd, gecombineerd met onze custom versnellingsbaktune met 16 bar koppelingsdruk. 🔧⚙️

Het resultaat…? Wat een kanon! 🚀

Met 2,0 bar turbodruk en 8 graden ontstekingstiming zet deze Golf een strakke 600 Nm neer. En dat voel je: een keiharde launch en messcherpe schakelmomenten! 💥

We also upgraded the rear fuel system with a TT RS fuel pump, getting everything ready for what comes next

🚗 Volkswagen Golf 6R 2.0t 270hp

📉 Stock: 270 HP / 350 Nm
📈 RTMG Stage 2: 360 HP / 555 Nm
📊 Gains: +90 HP / +205 Nm

🔧 Installed parts:
– Forged Engine
– Air Intake
– RTMG Wastegate
– Full exhaust system with downpipe

The vehicle arrived with oil consumption issues and an existing tune.
Initial dyno testing revealed significantly lower output than claimed.

After repairing the turbocharger and recalibrating the setup from scratch, we identified a wastegate control issue, which was resolved using an RTMG wastegate.

The final result is 360 HP and 555 Nm, with strong torque delivery from low RPM and a completely different driving character.
