What makes the United Grid League different? It's not about one athlete. It's about the TEAM. Different strengths. Different skills. Different bodies. Different roles. One shared mission. On the Grid, individual talent can make an impact—but teamwork changes the outcome. Every rep matters. Every transition matters. Every teammate matters. You push harder because someone is counting on you. You dig deeper because you're not competing alone. You learn to trust the person beside you and give everything you have for the name across your chest. That's the difference. At the Palm Beach Breakers, we don't just train athletes—we build a TEAM. One Grid. One Goal. One Team. 🌊⚡ BREAK THE LIMIT. #PalmBeachBreakers #UnitedGridLeague #TeamFirst #GridLeague #BreakTheLimit BuiltTogether OneTeamOneGoal Teamwork CompetitiveFitness

The sport that changed my life 🤍🪽✨ This is my ninth season competing, and if there’s one thing that hasn’t changed, it’s the nerves. No matter how much I train, no matter how prepared I am, competition day still brings that familiar feeling. I care so much about my team that sometimes I become afraid of letting them down. Even when I know how hard I’ve worked and how many hours I’ve put in, there’s always that little voice asking, “What if something goes wrong?” From the outside, I may look confident, but the truth is I constantly work on quieting those doubts. It’s something I’ve struggled with throughout my entire career. Every season, I set the same intention: enjoy it. Not chase perfection, not try to control every outcome, but simply be present and enjoy the experience. Nine seasons later, I’m still learning how to do that. And yes, there’s pressure. The expectations, the spectators, social media, the livestreams, the people watching and hoping you’ll perform a certain way. It’s real. But what a privilege it is to be on the Grid. What a privilege it is to feel that pressure, because pressure means you earned the opportunity to be there. Pressure means you care. Pressure is what shapes us, what tests us, what helps us grow. One day, when I retire, I hope I leave behind more than results. I hope I leave an example. I hope I inspire the next generation of athletes to chase big dreams, work hard, and believe in themselves. To all the girls and boys who will come after me: I may not know you yet, but I already believe in you. I’m proud of you for showing up, for trying, for putting yourself out there. You’re capable of more than you think. And you’re going to be amazing.

The deadlift ladder 🪜 continues! Still hyped up about the @gridcommunityevents last weekend 😤 Teams took on a race that contains a ladder format which basically means: • 4 Quadrants; one bar per quadrant • Each bar has its own weight; with Q1 being the lightest and Q4 being the heaviest • All athletes from the team have a certain time limit to accumulate as many points as possible for the team by successfully lifting each bar. Watch as these athletes take on the deadlift ladder! @ktynme @_s0flyemilyyy @mamuchii_ @yeathatsozzie @rowzeeposie @kev.ram1rezz #jackednation #builttoendure
