The type of love you experience is a reflection of how healed you are.

Let’s talk about the phases 👇🏽
1. The one you know is wrong, but you stay anyway.
Baby daddy. Toxic ex. That “I know better but I’m still here” love.
This is where you’re choosing them over yourself.
2. The rebound.
You’re hurt, so you attach to someone new for comfort, validation, distraction.
It’s not love… it’s survival.
You haven’t learned how to sit with yourself yet.
3. The intense connection (the mirror).
This feels like everything. Soul-deep. Magnetic.
They show you the version of yourself you could be… then pull away.
Why? Because they’re not the source of that feeling—you are.
This is where you learn: you are the creator of your reality.
4. The breadcrumb situationship.
They give you just enough… but never everything.
And instead of walking away, you shrink your standards.
You say you “don’t want a relationship” but deep down—you do.
This is where you learn self-worth.
5. The safe love.
They show up. They’re consistent. They’re available.
But you’re like… “why does this feel boring?”
It’s not boring—it’s healthy.
You’re just not used to peace yet.
The “spark” you’re missing? You’re meant to create that within yourself.
6. The aligned love.
This is where you are whole.
You’re choosing yourself fully.
You’re not looking to be completed—you already are.
And this person? They don’t make you… they meet you.
No chasing. No confusion. Just alignment.

This is the love God prepares you for when you finally surrender and choose YOU.

⸻

If you’re in a phase right now… don’t judge yourself.
Just ask: what is this trying to teach me?

Because every stage is leading you back home to yourself 🤍
