we r all on a spiritual path for we r all spirits in vessels of three dimensional forms. I am not here to judge nor assume... Just here to learn, share and grow... Love and more love 🙏 I used to judge not realizing I was only judging a version of me that no longer existed... Projecting my fears and insecurities onto the world - not having trust that love will and has found us all... We just may not know it yet. I must always remember I am always and forever ignorant for the more I learn - the more there is to learn. 💕 #fitness #health #wealth #plantbased #wholefoods #plantmedicine #ayurveda #reiki #yoga #nature #organic #frequency #music #positivity #onelove #love #nyc #global #maimi #la #india #thailand #costarica #travel #vsco #photography #wanderlust #explore #picoftheday

learning so much about #permaculture but what is permaculture... "The word "permaculture" refers to an integrated, self-sustaining system of perennial agriculture ... which involves a large diversity of plant and animal species. A permaculture is really a completely self-contained agricultural #ecosystem that is designed to minimize maintenance input and maximize product yield. In a permaculture, little wheels or cycles of energy are set up ... and the system virtually keeps itself going! Essentially, it's a living clockwork that should never run down ... at least as long as the sun shines and the earth revolves.

I like to call permaculture a "humane technology," because it's of human dimensions. By that, I mean that it deals in a very basic way with simple, living elements ... so it's available to every man and woman. Permaculture doesn't involve some sort of complicated technology, as does even an electricity-producing windplant. Instead, it's a bio-technology ... which people can intuitively handle.

After all, permaculture deals with living systems ... and since man himself is a living organism, he can readily comprehend it. It's a concept that can be very easily transplanted or given away to anybody, too. In that sense, it can never be patented — because it's so readily available — nor should the idea be patented." - #billmollison #notill #organic #nongmo #india #learning #love #healing #soil #yoga #Shiva #Buddha #ganesh #metaphysics #Meditation #yoganindra #reiki >> thanks to everyone in the gardening community

#repost from @permaculture_girl super inspiring and mindfully feed >> Monoculture (cultivation of a single crop in a given area) devastates our soils and the intelligent life networks that exist beneath our feet.
Poor soil health = poor forest health = inhospitable planet for humans
We only have 22% of the world's old-growth forests still intact (world resources institute study) and each year 16 million hectares are logged.
Palm oil is what's hot in the news right now, after coverage by the one and only George Monbiot about the fires in Indonesia, but really, it is unwild of us to participate in these practices no matter the product.
Eliminating our old-growth forests from this planet is a mistake.
There is nothing sustainable about deleting 16 million hectares of trees from this planet each year.
I don't want to be naive about the complexity of industry, but none of this makes sense and something has got to change.
Diversifying our crops, simplifying our diets, and reducing our resource demands.. that's an emergent possibility.

people laugh when u bring up heavy metals, whether food or in farming; people think it's nonsense well do some research first and heavily investigate #heavymetals so instead of ranting here is some simple info to detox #metals out of one's #body 🌿 the war on consciousness and our health is real so get ur armor up ladies and gents because they don't give a fvck about our health so ITS UP TO US TO PROTECT OUR MIND BODY & SOUL!!!! #repost @futureworldhealing
@doctor_j_md 🌱
#Cilantro is being used for metal detoxification in combination with chlorella, a green algae superfood, and garlic extracts.
Cilantro has been found to chelate (remove) heavy metals like mercury, aluminum, and lead from the body. Cilantro has been specifically used to remove heavy metals that are in the brain and spinal cord.

Chlorella and liquid garlic extract bind with the mercury and remove it and other toxic heavy metals and carry them out of your body through your elimination systems. Studies done in many different countries prove that chlorella and aged garlic extract are effective for mercury and heavy metal detoxification. They also detoxify a variety of other toxic contaminates as well.

Health Benefits Of Cilantro
One of Nature's Best Antioxidant Foods

The health benefits of cilantro come from beneficial phytonutrients and antioxidants, especially the flavonoid quercetin. Cilantro is also a good source of dietary fiber and iron, magnesium and manganese.

It's a little-known fact that herbs (and spices) such as cilantro have far greater concentrations of antioxidants than any common fruit or vegetable. Herbs also contain a particularly wide variety of antioxidants as well, which makes them more effective at fighting many different kinds of free radicals."

“I think of going to the grave without having a psychedelic experience is like going to the grave without ever having sex. It means that you never figured out what it is all about. The mystery is in the body and the way the body works itself into nature.”
