It’s always the comparison that is the thief of all joy. Sometimes we can’t reprogram our parents or always make them proud, but we can do what we love to do and live for ourselves.

I learned growing up in an Asian house and being the oldest sometimes we are expected to lead by example. We feel these expectations and we fight the cultural norms of fitting into these jobs that we don’t want to do. We all have decisions, do what makes you happy and live for more life.

Sometimes, you gotta just keep going! Trial after trial, life is always going to have test. Each test is to ensure you are ready for the next level. If you stay ready you don’t gotta get ready!

A lot of people want purpose but they don’t want the pressure that comes with it. Remember, pressure makes diamonds so what kinda gems are you forming?

Your personal success doesn’t mean anything if you don’t take any people with you to the top. It’s a lot easier to go alone and not deal with anyone. But who is going to celebrate with you when you get to the destination?

The past few months I’ve been working on myself and staying consistent with my goals wrapping up this year. I recently reviewed where and how far I’ve came,as each year I write out a new set of goals for the following year. I remember that I’m not alone on this journey and I have a team that I get to lead and help. People that put their trust in me when they need someone to call. I’m grateful starting from just me and my journey to leading hundreds of people of all ages and different communities. I used to think the number of years lead to experience and ranks. Therefore, if I just stayed around I would automatically level up. But the success actually goes to those that desire and have the willingness to take action, regardless of knowing the how and when it’ll happen.

The compounded and daily work, will be multiplied if you apply yourself to the right things and you have to first invest into yourself. Look at Bitcoin and XRP for example. Those that put in a little at a time in 2020 and held, are seeing massive growth compared to the amount they put in. Quantum leaps and exponential growth all have a starting point. When are you going to get serious?
