Our friends at COOKBOOK CLUB NAARM are celebrating their two-year anniversary with a very special party, and we’re thrilled that one of our favourites, The Baker’s Book, edited by @ruby.goss, will be part of the celebration.

The Baker’s Book is a collection of recipes for bakers, by bakers, bringing together more than 30 of Australia’s finest pastry chefs and home bakers. Inside are more than 60 recipes, from everyday treats and special occasion bakes to savoury favourites and life-changing desserts, all served with plenty of baking wisdom along the way.

🥧Our classic cherry pie recipe is in the Baker’s Book, available in-store. You could go home this long weekend and bake your own delicious cherry pie and make the crispy, caramelised crust yourself! Slices are available to purchase and whole pies (fresh and frozen with instructions) are available to pre-order!

PEACHES & SOUR CREAM CAKE from “The Baking Book” edited by Ruby Goss - recipe by Alisha Henderson - might not visually look like much, but once you crack the cake open, it’s a moist, mild, peach fest. i think i’d incorporate the peach juice next time and add butter to the crumb topping to be really punchy

This cookbook shop is a dream for anyone who loves cooking.

This small and cozy shop is located in the popular Notting Hill neighborhood, close to the famous Portobello Road. It has a wide assortment of cookbooks, all sorted by category and cuisine.

Recipes from one of the cookbooks are prepared in the store twice a week. A few tables and chairs are moved into the store, and you can try the recipes while being surrounded by books. They cook vegetarian dishes on Tuesdays and fish on Fridays

Make sure to arrive on time. Food is served from 12:00 on, but it’s the best to get there about half an hour earlier. Bring cash (£10). Reservations are not possible.

This place is a must go if you are into cooking and visiting London.
