Cheers to 10 years of me annoying people on Instagram. 🎉

And honestly? The first few years I was annoying you with the wrong stuff.

Chasing skinny. Afraid of carbs. Thinking training more and earing less was the way to go…..
I was doing the thing I now tell you not to do.

But that's the thing about a 10 year journey: you actually learn something. You evolve. You grow.

Now I'm the annoying middle aged Mom in your feed telling you to lift heavy, eat your carbs, and stop shrinking yourself.
And I'm not going anywhere.

Started as a newish mom just looking for her people. Found them. Any so many of them are still here ❤️ on IG and in real life.

Happy Annoyersary to me, and to every mom who evolved with me. 💪❤️

🔥BEAST MODE leg combo today!!

Started off with express legs @kelseywells PWR program and then some Glutes & Hammies Volume Training which I LOVED. Was under the “challenge” section in the SWEAT app!! 😍💪

💦 Great morning - all together was at the gym about 90 minutes or so, honestly a lot of that time was setting up and moving weights around 🙈 recently my gym went under some renovations, it’s okay but I miss the old layout!

So here’s how today went - warmed up and waited to use the box for jumps 😅 so I decided to practice some skipping 🤭
I actually was doing great and almost got my crossover!
(You may see some whip marks near my butt 😂)

Once I got situated… it was 3 laps each 🔥💪 15 seconds rest in between
- Reverse lunge & knee up (45 secs - 50lbs)
- Straight leg Deadlift (45 specs - 70lbs)
- Glute Kickback pulse (22 secs per side)
- Box jumps (45 seconds)
And then Straight into some volume training 💦
- Sumo Deadlifts (90lbs added weight plates for deficit)
10 reps x5 laps
- Hamstring Curls (25lbs first 3 sets dropped to 20lbs last 2 sets) 10 reps each lap!
- Glute Bridge (40lbs first set increased to 50lbs last 3 sets) 10 reps each lap!
- Clams 10x each side (3 laps)

Ooooh I loved it 😊 had a good cool down after and went right to nappy time lol 😂

Hope everyone’s having a great week! 🖤🏋️‍♀️🤍

👏💃💪Finishing the week strong with a fun resistance session from @britanywilliams I am OBSESSED with this one!!
Core Strength & Balance - perfect for that Sunday afternoon when you just want to eat ALL THE CHOCOLATE 🍫 🐰 🤣

No for reals though, did lots of walking today in the rain which I love ☔️😍went to a special Easter egg hunt, Emmett certainly had an amazing afternoon! And quite the sugar rush 😅

Came home and I was craaaving a workout, always love training the core on weekends! 😋
I like this one because it’s not too long, but at the same time those 3 laps feel long! My heart rate was up big time by the last circuit 🥵 and I added in extra ankle weights too! 🤪

Currently on night shift 2 of 6 🥱 days are gonna be filled with sleeping and workouts. The life! 😘sending you all lots of love 💗

💪💯🙌Another week of crushing my fitness goals!!

Happy Sunday lovelies!!! 💕💃❤️ hope everyone’s enjoying the last day of Spring Break, I know we are!! 😝

Finished off the week with a bodyweight Abs challenge by @kelseywells and it was tough!!

🔥 4 laps of each - straight through 🥵 those wide mountain climbers killed me lmao 🤣 but I did my best!
🙌
Took me just over 20 minutes (but I cheated and didn’t do all the reps of those wide mountain climbers😅)

(I’ll come back to this one in 8 weeks or so 😈 )

Very happy with my progress so far, totally in love with myself and the skin I’m in, and can’t wait to see where my journey takes me! 🥹

💕🙏grateful to be able to move my body, whenever, wherever and however I like!

Great few days, did a mini challenge yesterday and a lot of mobility/stretching this afternoon 🌙 Finished with Legs & Abs with @kelseywells

Most of these movements were 40 secs of work 🔥 I did as many reps as I could in the time period 💪managed 3 laps of each!

Although I’m not used to working out this late.. it was perfecto 👌💃

Emmett even joined in too 😝👏 only what… 7 more years and he can come to the gym with me !?! 💕😭💕 awe man.
Times flying. 🥹

Now I’m off to bed 😴 weeeeow

Did this one in the gym today, I really needed that little extra 🤩
It was a rough week and those endorphins always make me feel 💯 again!!!

💪🔥 Back & Shoulders !! @kelseywells PWR at home, love how I can do this program at the gym too for some extra intensity!

Really enjoyed this workout, especially the last set commandos to side raises to alternating presses - talk about a shoulder burner!!! 💯

3 laps !!! 🏋️‍♀️ 40 seconds work each exercise - 15 seconds rest between laps! 🔥

Happy weekend fitfam!!! 💕💕💕
