✨ A big congratulations to @rubydingle_ on her new role in Talent Acquisition at Daksta! ✨ Ruby’s journey is a fantastic example of growth and opportunity at Daksta. Starting her career through our Academy before going on to succeed in a 360 Recruitment role, she’s now stepping into a dedicated Talent Acquisition position where she’ll help shape the future of Daksta. She’s already hit the ground running, supporting hiring for our September Academy intake and connecting with the next generation of recruitment talent. In her new role, Ruby will be focusing on everything Talent Acquisition, from attracting top talent and creating a great candidate experience to supporting both trainee and experienced hiring across the business. Having been through the Academy herself, Ruby brings first-hand insight into what it takes to succeed at Daksta and is perfectly placed to support candidates throughout their journey. We’re excited to see the impact she’ll make as we continue to grow. Welcome to the People Team, Ruby! 💜 #Daksta #TalentAcquisition #PeopleTeam #RecruitmentCareers #Hiring
