I am still lost for words… what a night! 🥹🥹🥹

The talent, creativity, passion and vulnerability in the room last night was truly inspiring and has filled my cup to the brim ☕️

The artists who bared their soul on the stage while audience members listened intently. I can’t even begin to describe how grateful I am!

And then to win?! whattt!!! Everyone was incredible, big shoutout to my girl for taking out runner up @rubyholdenmusic

Big thanks to @ganggangcafe for hosting and the judges @maxomusicofficial and @bizobara for your kind words

Thank you to @listenupmusicorg for all that you do for Australian original music, shining a light on artists and their songs and stories.

Biggest shoutout to my band, these guys are my backbone (there’s a song in that) 😉 and it is a JOY to share the stage with them!

Watching my song translate last night is all I can ask for, what a community and what a night! More on this soon ✨✨

P.S. CANBERRA IS ON THE RISE 🙈

I’ll leave this with you, maybe it’s time to turn the page (because you never know where it might lead you 💛)

What a magical, heart-warming night in the Nation’s Capital! ❄️

Despite the chilly Canberra air, the room was filled with warm hearts, deep vulnerability, and masterful songwriting for an almost sold-out 2026 Canberra Regional Final!

From intimate storytelling to incredible diversity of genre including not one, but two cajóns and two double basses gracing the stage. It was a truly beautiful way to spend a Wednesday night.

It was so special seeing a mix of fresh faces and returning entrants, and audience members coming back for their second year in a row to support local original music.

🏆 CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR 2026 CANBERRA WINNERS:
Overall Winner: @leilamusicc
Runner-Up: @rubyholdenmusic

🎶 A HUGE SHOUTOUT TO ALL 7 FINALISTS:
