This one was fun, hiking America’s second biggest canyon is always one worth remembering. Palo Duro Canyon the lighthouse trail.

It’s important to find time to have fun, explore, relax, and adventure. Life is too short. Go this weekend to anywhere and have a great time.

This morning wasn’t about chasing miles or goals. It was about sitting in His presence. My heart has been longing for more of Jesus, and today I’m choosing to draw near.

Last night, two friends reminded me of something my heart already knew. I don’t always stay as close to Jesus as I should, and I’m guilty of wandering. But His grace keeps calling me back.

Happy Birthday to one of the most beautiful souls I’ve been blessed to know. 🤍 You truly are the life of the party, the kind of person that brings light, laughter, and love everywhere you go.

I’m so grateful for your friendship and for everything you’ve taught me this past year. Watching you step into your running journey has been so inspiring and somehow you balance it all while being such an amazing mom. You show strength, grace, faith, and joy in everything you do. Love you, mean it, and so thankful for you.

Not to mention she ran her first half marathon and KILLED IT, now training for a full in the fall. Excited to watch you achieve all your goals and kill it again. Now let’s go catch some more races👯🏻‍♀️

Another half marathon completed, but this time fueled by delusion and peer pressure. Let’s get ready for the Philly full now!

Adult friendships aren’t easy.
Schedules are full, walls are up & most people are just trying to survive the day.

I’ve always wanted a girl group but I never imagined it would come from saying yes to the Wellness Store & building a business for our family🤍

These women are genuine. Supportive. Led by Faith & family driven.
No jealousy. No fake hype. Just real encouragement, real growth, & real love.

I’m beyond thankful to be surrounded by women who inspire me, pray with me, & remind me I don’t have to do life alone.

Every woman deserves a circle like this

This. I am blessed to do life with them.
Boy did God have a plan.
We are creating impact that goes far beyond ourselves. Just an incredible group of women rising up, linking arms & change many lives along the way together.
To think this is just the beginning.
All because we cannot unsee the opportunity that's been put in front of us.

I joined for the safer products, the friendships are such a big added bonus✨🫶🏼🌿☕️❤️‍🔥🎀🤍
The community, the support, the friendships… I truly didn’t see this coming.
Helping families create healthier homes while building something meaningful has become one of the most rewarding parts of my life.

I’m forever grateful we said yes 🤍
