A little look inside the Studio lately, by you 💌

Turns out our instructors are just as creative outside the studio as they are on the reformers. 🎨🤍

One of the best parts of Our Place isn’t just having incredible teachers, it’s having genuinely wonderful humans. The kind of people who care deeply, make everyone feel welcome, laugh together, support one another, and somehow still get competitive over who painted the best pottery.

The creativity doesn’t stop with class plans. Sometimes it comes with paintbrushes too.

We’re so lucky to have this team. 🫶

Thank you @ourspacebne for having us 🙏

We asked Mandy, Ruby, Amanda & Ollie what they love about being a trainer at KX Newstead 💌

…and we couldn’t agree more.

Celebrating International Women’s Day at Our Place feels different. Why? Because this space was built on the very strength we’re celebrating today.

This studio was created by a woman. It’s led by women. Taught by women. Supported by women.

But more importantly, it is filled with women who are doing big, important things every single day. Inside these walls, we see you:

- Building careers and running businesses.
- Raising families and navigating big changes.
- Returning after injury and rebuilding confidence.
- Stepping bravely into new seasons of life.

Every woman who walks through our door is doing something brave. Whether you’re backing your body, choosing strength when life feels full, or carrying those invisible loads, we see the real strength it takes to keep moving forward.

That deserves recognition today, and every day after. To the wonderful women of Our Place: We see you. We value you. You are worthy.
