One last post to honour my pre album release earthmaxxing adventures before I take you into the great gloomy and glorious north for post album release adventures, as we start our Highlands and Islands tour tomorrow ⚓️ currently travelling to the Isle of Barra where we play tomorrow and the sea is about 20 shades darker than the sea in this first pic but i love it and it makes me feel fuzzy and warm and at home. Spending the solstice on the Cornish coast, where it wasn’t even really dark by 11pm and the streaky peach, amber and lilac skies greeted us dancers at 4am, was oh so nourishing. Thank you Basket of Light for really reviving us, the sea and the music and the good souls ~~ the whole weekend connected things that were loose and jangly inside my mind in a way that trying and trying in normal life wasn’t able to.

Invisible Rooms
Look 1

The Curtain Dress, made from silk chiffon and cow hide.

Inspired by the heavy red curtains that hung throughout my grandmother’s house, made from fabric traditionally used for coffin upholstery. Once part of an ordinary interior, they became symbols of unease, superstition, and the unconscious fears attached to a house that now exists only in memory.

Part of Invisible Rooms

The collection based on reconstructing my grandmother’s house through dreams, photographs, and AI-generated imagery.
