POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Whittling a stick by the River Dart. This was Felix when he was about 14; little did we know that a few years later he would be dead. This appalling event resulted in my memoir The Green Hill, which is out in paperback today. Of course it is a book I never intended to write. But Felix’s death has fundamentally changed my world view and more particularly my relationship with water and the land, and also ancient prehistoric sites. That is what the book is about, as well as of course, grief, but more importantly, love and joy. The book is out now with @wiltonsquarebooks

It’s had some lovely reviews
