I don't seem to find the energy to keep creating nowadays. But I makes me happy to create. This is what I call digital vomit that works. I did it all on inkscape.

Happy Birthday Stephen!!! You're 39 and Havin' a Good Time!! I raked & mulched the front yard today, Stephen went and got a truck load of free rocks, went to the Dallas Zoo yesterday for Ash AND Stephen's birthdays. Then to downtown Garland to try out Lockwood. We have baby squirrels who have fallen from the tree out front with all the wind. Whew. Happy Birthdaaayyyy!!!!!

We're 38 (Stephen's got a few weeks left until 39), married 11 years as of yesterday, and we have 5 cats! Feeling very childless-millenial-liberal-catmom today.

We're a Gingerbread house now! Stephen saw these amazing inflatables on Wayfair and IMMEDIATELY YES!!! Icebox and I went on a short drive down the road to check the view of the backyard one. (He was scared--car rides usually mean going somewhere he doesn't like.)

Since Stephen only posts art and music to his Instagram, I'll share 🤓 his buddy Barbara discovered the cat tree we put in the office!! She was his work-from-home shadow yesterday, just hanging out.

(And bonus, I have to share the latest pictures of everyone, not just Babbles.)

Britches update. Britches hasn't been feeling good lately, was eating less then not at all. Her breath smelled awful so we figured it was a tooth and/or the mass in her mouth. I also noticed her sides were extra tender. It was all of the above. She had an exam yesterday, then Stephen took her for a dental appointment today. They had to stop anesthesia because her oxygen got really low. (The tooth that was bothering her also fell out when they were getting her ready for the cleaning. 😬) They did X-rays to figure out why her oxygen dipped and found fluid surrounding her lungs, then more in her abdomen. They were able to drain a LOT of fluid and will examine it to determine the cause, but like we were told when the mass cropped up, it's most likely cancer. Once her pain meds wear off she should be feeling much more comfortable than she did just yesterday. My poor baby. 💔 We are going to spoil her rotten! She spent the last 3 hours outside in the grass. 💚

It snowed a little more this morning! I tried turning on motion photos but doesn't look like it did anything...darn. I took icebox out back AND front to see if he would go in the snow. Nope! He really wanted to get to that cat house though!! Pacing back and forth, and at least 3 attempts to step in the snow, going nope, pacing, and repeat. 😂
