Today would have been my Dad’s birthday. This hurts more than anything right now. My heart hurts. This post isn’t about sympathy. It’s more about empathy. One’s own mental health is integral for one’s own sake. When someone is in need, you help them. I wish I would have seen the signs sooner and reacted faster. I will ALWAYS LOVE and MISS my Dad.
