Live , Love , Cook & Smile Breaking Bread & Creating Great Food Experiences In The Kitchen IS WHAT I DO!!!

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

There was something special about this Sunday. 🤍

A room full of people slowing down, connecting, learning, and prioritizing their health together.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our wellness gathering and experienced craniosacral therapy, PEMF therapy, nourishing chef-crafted bites, and meaningful conversations. It was incredible to watch strangers become friends and witness so many people leave feeling more grounded, relaxed, and connected to their bodies.

For those who couldn’t make it because of the FIFA World Cup (or had other plans), don’t worry. We’re already planning another wellness experience for this fall, and we can’t wait to share it with you. Stay tuned!

✨ In the meantime, I’ll be offering PEMF therapy sessions in Newport Beach every Sunday. If you’ve been curious to experience PEMF for yourself, I’d love to help.

📩 DM @sajwellnesslounge to book your Sunday session or to join the waitlist for our next wellness event. 🤎

Here’s to more connection, more healing, and more moments that bring us back to ourselves. 🪷

If you’re dealing with chronic pain, back or neck tension, inflammation, headaches, fatigue, stress, poor sleep, or simply don’t feel like yourself anymore, your body may be asking for support in ways that conventional approaches often overlook.

Join us for a one-of-a-kind wellness experience: an afternoon of education, healing, and connection as three wellness practitioners come together to share different pieces of the recovery puzzle.

Leading the experience is Dr. Andrew, an Infectious Disease Physician and Craniosacral Therapy Practitioner, joined by Shalade, an Anti-Inflammatory and Detox Specialist, and Stephanie, a certified PEMF Therapy Practitioner.

Together, we’ll explore how craniosacral therapy, nervous system regulation, nutrition, and PEMF therapy can work together to support recovery, reduce inflammation, and help you feel your best.

You’ll also enjoy a curated selection of nourishing bites prepared by our favorite private chef, Chef Ruedabaker, making this an afternoon that nourishes both body and mind.

✨ If you’re ready to discover a different approach to healing and recovery, reserve your spot today through the Eventbrite link in our bio. Space is limited.

#painrelief #healing #alternativemedicine #wellness #ocwellness What if the tension, pain, or stress you’ve been carrying isn’t just in your muscles?

Join us for a one-of-a-kind wellness experience centered around craniosacral therapy—a gentle, hands-on approach that supports the nervous system and helps release tension throughout the body. Many people seek it for chronic pain, headaches, jaw tension, stress, poor sleep, and nervous system dysregulation.

Leading the experience is an infectious disease physician and craniosacral therapy practitioner, joined by an anti-inflammatory and detox specialist and a Certified PEMF Therapy Practitioner. Together, we’ll explore how nervous system regulation, nutrition, and PEMF therapy can work together to support recovery, reduce inflammation, and help you feel your best.

You’ll also enjoy a thoughtfully curated, elevated anti-inflammatory menu prepared by a private chef, making this an afternoon that nourishes both body and mind.

✨ If you’re ready to discover a different approach to healing and recovery, reserve your spot today through the Eventbrite link. Space is limited.

A villa in St Tropez, with a group of incredible people you've never met before, all there for the same reason: growth, expansion, and true desire to elevate their lives, and five days that turned out to be anything but ordinary.

Work and play, retreat and vacation, that alone changes everything. Showing up fully, honestly, without pretense or performance. Conversations that went late into the night. Breakthroughs that happened quietly and ones that didn't happen quietly at all.

Delicious meals by our master chef @ruedabaker, cooking together, and table conversations that kept going long after the food was gone. Morning workouts and saving us from our best attempts at French ☺️ @mil_somn, and to @flyboy_customs and @wyrick.carly for getting us where we needed to be and never missing a moment of it themselves. Kayaking along the beautiful coastline, lunches by the sea, and a day in Monaco because if you're in the south of France, you go to Monaco, and you laugh the entire time you're there. Some of these moments beautifully captured by @paul.centario

But underneath all of it, woven through every single moment, was something intentional and rare, a room full of people who actually wanted to evolve and were willing to do what that takes.

Led by @_jasons34 and carried by everyone in this group, the little ones included, each bringing their own insights, their own growth, their own support. All of you bringing the most inspiring energy, making it an unforgettable experience.

Self mastery doesn't happen in a straight line and it doesn't happen alone. Sometimes it happens in a villa in the south of France with people who feel like your people faster than makes any logical sense.

Grateful for all of it.

To this group, thank you for genuinely welcoming my depth and showing up exactly as you were. For a mind and soul like mine, that meant the world 🤍

Book him for your next event, dinner or function!

We are excited to have Chef Rufus attend our next SM Retreat, and if you qualify to be in attendance, you will not be disappointed! 🍲

See you at the next Retreat!

“It takes leaders with visions to serve people with dreams.”

SM 100K RETREAT 🇫🇷 South of France was nothing short of incredible. Seeds were planted, strategies were developed and memories were made with a select group of entrepreneurs from different parts of the world that all came with one thing in mind… GROWTH!

Retreats like this should develop clarity, structure and leave people with the exact steps they need to take to move forward, and to know how to get to the next level. I think we accomplished that this week.

I’ll see you at the next one. Incredible 🏆

When our new office wasn’t quite ready in time for our Christmas party, we had to pivot at the last minute—and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

The team at THE WAREHOUSE in HB, was incredibly accommodating and stepped up in a big way. As always, @ruedabaker delivered some of the best food around, and @tipsyblondesoc kept the drinks flowing with top-tier service.

Most importantly, it was a chance to slow down, come together, and celebrate this incredible team. We are truly blessed and grateful for every person who makes this company what it is.

From our team to you and your families, we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Thank you, ladies for the photos and video.
