I’ve often looked on them as a test of what the body and mind are capable of.⁣ ⁣ Always said I was gonna do one but never really went and got it done, it was all talk for the most part.⁣ ⁣ Then here comes @take_1_school with an incentive that helped turn the talk into the real.⁣ ⁣ β€œWe’re all gonna run the #robinhoodhalfmarathon, you joining us?..”Without a second thought I said, "YES!” and we went and did that!⁣ ⁣ Extremely proud of ALL of us aswell as the THOUSANDS of other GO GETTERS that took/retook and completed the challenge. ⁣ ⁣ To see soo many different types of GO GETTERS from all walks of life. Variety in age, ability, size, gender; it was nothing short of amazing. ⁣ ⁣ On top of that, to witness and be part of such an overwhelming and welcoming community was amazing. That in itself will stay with me the most from this experience.⁣ ⁣ And of course… What most of you been waiting for πŸ˜…πŸ˜. Me freezing up in the BALTIC portal of doom! ⁣ ⁣ I knew after the Robin Hood Half Marathon, I was gonna need some serious help with my recovery. Luckily I know THE ENGINE aka @ekow.essuman who had something that could do just that...⁣ ⁣ @lumi.therapyπŸ§ŠπŸ›πŸ₯Άβ£ ⁣ Deffo somthing i will invest in shortly. Because feeling rejuvenated and being able to walk and recover in a MUCH shorter period of time is a game changer and the way forward. Plus the calm I felt that night was just… WOW. ⁣ 😌⁣ ⁣ Gotta big up @ranubis_mineral_moss for keeping me powered up with the essentialsπŸ”‹πŸ¦ΈπŸΎβ€β™‚οΈπŸ™πŸΎ THANK YOU to all the inspiring, kind and encouraging words that you all gave me and the team. It did NOT go unnoticed!πŸ™πŸΎπŸ’›β£ ⁣ This work continues and we’re so grateful to be be able to continue and provide the work that we do. And you can still be apart of that GETTING too. For those that wanted to donate, there’s still time. Join us in providing and guiding, donations are still open.
