2 months since Rumbo House 💙 A night to move. To let loose. To collaborate. To celebrate. What started as my small idea to give commercial dance a platform soon turned into a full professional showcase & all-styles battle. I’m still beaming over the energy, joy, & talent that ~200 people gathered to exchange in this space. I truly feel that without the community, without the openness remembering why we do what we do as artists, what we do in front of the mirror in the studio doesn’t actually matter. I am so deeply moved by the turnout & all the smiling faces I saw, new and old. I’m still taking in all the amazing feedback across participants, audience, & those behind the scenes. One of my absolute favorite moments was returning to the space sometime during the open floor period and seeing everyone in cyphers, really DANCING. No one told y’all to do that, but you did 🤩. Pure vibes. I saw freedom. I saw creativity. I saw community. And I thought to myself, “THIS. This is why I did it.” A lot of you have asked me about the future of Rumbo House. And I’m so humbled by the amount of people calling me to do it again. As for the Iab, I hope that the spirit of this event has some sort of legacy, with or without me. Rumbo House is my baby business & I’m looking into incorporating this brand, however it continues to develop 😍. All I can say for now is that I would absolutely love to have a Rumbo House 2026, same time same place! (So if you want it, talk about it 🤪). This will depend on a lot of things, so if not, I’ll keep my ears open for wherever God wants me to lead it :) I hope you’ll follow along 🤩 TAKE THE RISK.

RUMBO HOUSE 💙 we made something super important a bit over a month ago – @rumbohouse was a special event and i got to be apart of the organisation group (as the social media / marketing girly) 💙 biggest thanks to cherith for being brave and super mindful with the process AND trusting me to help bring her vision to life! i believe we can all learn a lot from people like her ^ this night was genuinely a time where i felt truly connected to the dance community and people around, and that doesn’t happen too often nowadays!! 🌟we neeeed community & connection🌟 so THANK YOU you every-single-one who was there that night sharing the floor & the vibes, still feeling super grateful 🩷 1-3 slide pictures by amazing @madelinemmedia <3<3

Todavía no sé cómo explicar la sensación que tuve al entrar en ese escenario, la adrenalina y las vibras de la gente, no puedo superar esa sensación de llegar al corazón de los demás haciendo lo que me hace sentir realmente vivo.
