Months of preparation 🗽 and here we are. 11 days out from what will be one of the most special days of my life.

My first official marathon in New York City🗽.

As I look back on this past year, I find myself filled with so much gratitude for every single person that has ran beside me, cheered me on, offered guidance, shown support and given reassurance when needed.

Many of the miles to get here were done alone. No cheer squad, no hype, and no real knowing of what my body is capable of. But in my mind I held onto all the special moments shared with people on the track and on the road. Those moments pushed me through some of the toughest training days.

Community can help you achieve things you never thought possible. Community can also make your heart feel full. Doing things solo is awesome, doing things you love with others who love it too is EPIC 🤘🏼⚡️.

Thank you for getting me here. I can’t wait to see everyone crush it!! 🙌🏻🫶🏼

Behind every diagnosis is a person. And behind that person is a whole world of people who love them.

Sitting at the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Diamond Ball, listening to patients and doctors share their stories, I felt that in a way that stayed with me long after the night ended.

These are children with dreams. Families waiting for answers. Doctors pouring their hearts into giving someone more time, more possibilities, more life.

People we know. People we may never meet. Our family members. Our friends. Someone’s entire world. ❤️

This is why I feel called to do this.

On December 12, I’m running 50 miles through Miami for Project Community 50, with a goal of raising $20,000 for Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. After hearing those stories, I feel even more called to put my heart and my feet behind this purpose.

And I want you beside me. ❤️

You don’t have to run 50 miles to be part of this.

Run one mile, five, ten, or all 50. Set up a cheer station. Help keep runners fueled and hydrated. Ride alongside us on your bike with supplies. Come share a stretch of the road and feel what it means to be part of a community showing up for someone else.

There is a place for you in this journey.

I can’t take away what these families are facing. But I can turn something I love into a way to support them. And together, we can give this day meaning far beyond the miles.

Whatever your goals are, if you’re out there putting in the work- I see you and I’m always going to celebrate that.

Faster, slower, in better shape, just starting out…..all of it deserves its flowers. Effort will always impress me and how you treat others along the journey says more to me than your pace ever will.

Support your people, do hard things, and be so badass that you inspire others to rise up to their potential! 🫶🏼

It all starts with PURPOSE.

Introducing PROJECT COMMUNITY 50
50 Miles. One community. A reason bigger than ourselves.

On December 12th, 2026 I’m running 50 miles throughout Miami, powered by @lululemon , to raise money for Nicklaus Children’s Hospital.

This city is where I coach, where I train, and where so many of you have become a part of my life. Now, I want to bring us together to show up for children and families facing days harder than any run.

I’ll be taking on the full 50 miles, but you don’t have to run 50 or run at all to be a part of this project.

🏃‍♀️Join me for a mile or more.

💙Bring someone who could use a little connection.

I keep thinking about those moments when you’re tired and someone calls your name. When a friend joins in beside you. When “I don’t know if I can keep going” becomes “we’ve got you.”

That’s the feeling I want us to create and that’s the love I want us to pass along.

and continuously reminding myself of this as I get ready to run my first official marathon 🥰🗽.

Three years ago I wouldn’t even touch a marathon. Since then I’ve evolved, I’ve grown deeper into my purpose and feel a deep amount of respect for the sport of running.

17 days out. Months of training.

Grateful for the running community and especially grateful for my little sis who surprised me and will be at the finish. Listen to her in this video. I hope everyone has a hype person like @stephjaner 💗🙌🏻
