POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

@jandaracing @adp Corporate 5K photo dump!!! 📸🏃🏾‍♂️🔥

It has been a true honor to represent the @point2running and @flatoutevents brands at these races. This journey has built so many amazing friendships and connected me with accountability partners who ensure we all show up as our best selves, no matter where we are.

And yes—we definitely have a ton of fun out there, but that’s because we all work so hard behind the scenes to accomplish our goals! 🦾✨

It is truly a blessing to continue meeting real-life superheroes on this running journey—not just within my local communities at @point2running, @flatoutevents, @ngurunclub757, and @blackmenrunhrva, but also all the new ones I meet along the way. ✊🏽

This @dontstruggleinsilence5k was about so much more than running a 5k. It was a reminder to continue pouring into others the same way this community overflowingly pours into me.

Coach @swiper_went_looney, I always appreciate you for giving me game. Bro, you’ve truly been a blessing to me and my running journey, and I’m forever grateful for your guidance. ✊🏽

@mrs.bjones412, you did an amazing job pushing through those lingering flu symptoms—I’m so excited to watch your journey continue to blossom! 🌸

@run_irish, it was such a blessing to cross paths a year ago when you asked a random stranger (me!) to take your post-@precariousbeer 5k picture. To then bump into each other at the run club and establish the “Cool Kids” has been incredible. You’re more than just a cool kid; you honestly keep me on my toes and always remind me to stay true to myself so my light shines exactly how it needs to. 🫶🏽

@ngurunclub757, you’ll always hold a special place in my heart for the vital role you played in my health journey. Seeing the impact this community has on all of us is something special; I pray everyone gets to experience this kind of love and support.

I’ll forever shout with gratitude for the blessings God has placed in my life exactly when I need them most. 🙌🏽

Don’t Struggle in Silence 5k ( @dontstruggleinsilence5k )

Medal Monday with a different meaning. This was such an amazing event to bring awareness to something that deeply impacts so many of us. While this reel embodies happiness, PRs, community, and joy, I am mindful that many who were commemorated this weekend—or were the reason someone else participated—may not have felt that way. Many didn’t get the chance to see what overcoming those mental health battles could look like.

I’m a big advocate for checking on your people because we never know the power a simple “Hi, how are you?” or “Just checking in!” text can have. Heck, that even goes for the strangers we cross paths with in our day-to-day lives.

I know for myself, if I didn’t have Faith, Fitness, Therapy, and Community, I don’t know if I’d be the person I am today. I stand firm on using the light God gave me to shed on anyone I come in contact with, spreading all the love and great energy I possibly can.

Check up on your loved ones, family, and friends the moment they cross your mind. God may be making you an “angel on Earth” to bless them exactly when they need it most.

@flatoutevents Chills in the Mills Half Marathon 🏃💨 @ngurunclub757 Hoka Shoe Demo & School Supply Drive 👟📚

I wish I could be in multiple places at once sometimes! But honestly, one thing that has been resonating so loudly on my journey is the beauty of community.

It’s such a blessing to cross paths with so many amazing people. It’s a reminder that a smile, a fist bump, or simply acknowledging that someone is seen can change the world.

I’m a firm believer that we are all just one ‘hello’ away from a life-changing moment. Our stories are the reason someone else decides not to give up. If we combine our lights, there is no limit to the impact we can make.

I pray we all find our light and shine it bright enough to change the world. ✊🏽

@flatoutevents Fiends Frenzy 5k was a lot of fun. Showed up and absorbed all the good vibes. Great Race. Great Community. Great Energy. No PR today but still happy to keep it under 30 mins. The hills paid the bills and some today hahaha.
