RNTO RUN CLUB × Brooks Ghost Max 👻🏃‍♀️

Demo miles, raffles, freebies + a great community. 🙌

We took the Brooks Ghost Max out for a few miles and were really impressed with the smooth ride and max cushioning. Definitely one we’d reach for on those long, easy-run days. 👟

And with the Ghost Max on deck…
🎶 I always feel like somebody’s watching me 👻😂

Thanks @run_n_tri_nc for another great run!

I’ve heard @wizkhalifa is commenting on runner’s posts. How’d I do? Can a trail runner get a shout out? 🏃‍♂️

I remember when I would train for months to get ready for a half marathon, and now it’s a training run on what’s suppose to be a rest day. The goals get bigger and you find out the only limitations are the ones you place on yourself.

A little dirt, a few miles, and donuts at the finish. 🌲🏃‍♀️🍩

Such a fun morning joining @run_n_tri_nc for Dirt n’ Donuts at Forest Ridge Park.

Good trails. Good people. Even better post-run treats. 🌅

The alarm doesn’t care.
The OR schedule doesn’t care.
The weather definitely doesn’t care.
So neither do we.

We joined @run_n_tri_nc for some night miles and got to put the HOKA Clifton Pro and Clifton 11 to the test. 🌙👟

⚡️ Clifton Pro — lighter, faster, and built for those pace-pushing miles when you’re ready to pick things up.

☀️ Clifton 11 — smooth, cushioned, and comfortable for everyday miles when you want an easy, reliable ride.

Two different rides, both bringing that HOKA feel. 👟

Good shoes. Good miles. Even better running community. 🤙🏃‍♀️

Meet Lina — Motors aren’t the only thing she’s running! A neurophysiologist, wife, mom of two, marathoner and professional juggler of all the things. Her drive, discipline, and dedication make balancing a demanding career, family, and countless hours of swim-bike-run look like a piece of cake. After crossing the Ironman finish line for the first time this past year, she’s back at it, training for her next marathon and Ironman.

Meet Keri — a full-time Medtronic spine rep who spends her days in the OR and her free time chasing finish lines around the world. From major marathons across the U.S. and internationally to training every single day, Keri has built a lifestyle around discipline, adventure, and pushing her limits. With the addition of swimming and biking to her training, this past year she took on her biggest challenge yet: completing her first Ironman.
