Congratulations to Ben Cooney on his commitment to Thomas College!

Ben is the type of glue guy every program needs in the clubhouse. He brings energy, toughness, while consistently making those around him better.

On the field, Ben is a plus defender in the middle of the infield with the ability to make plays and spin the double play.

Thomas College is getting a great teammate, a plus defender, and most importantly, a winner in the clubhouse.

Congratulations to Alex Croteau on his recent commitment to Bridgewater State University!

Alex is the definition of a tough, hard-nosed, blue-collar player. He competes, plays the game the right way, and brings an edge to the field every time he puts on the uniform.

We’re excited to watch Alex take the next step in his baseball career.

What a truly amazing trip to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Such fun memories and an all around great time with the boys. The 12u Runbirds went 7-1 and achieved a spot in the Elite 8 out of 104 competing teams. Until next time ⚾️

#throwback to when some of the Runbirds tried a barre class with our wonderful instructor, Shannon!

When a storm warning kept us off the turf, we switched things up and focused on core strength, balance, stability, and body control.

Huge shout out to these young men for trying something new, and shout out to Shannon- who teaches Barre at the Shrewsbury club every Monday night at 6:30pm - give her class a try!💪 Let us know if you’d give barre a try down below!
