Haven’t managed to train this week with work and Dad duties taking priority, so I was a little worried about today’s run.

Turns out I didn’t need to be.

First 10K done ✅ 1:11:05 — and honestly, it felt amazing.

A few months ago this felt a long way off. Now I know I can do the distance.

4 days, 10 runners, over 1000km ran as a group. Over £13,000 raised for Alder Hey Children’s Hospital and Wigan Youth Zone. Looking back on these clips… it was an absolute blast @wigantoparis
