Chilly morning but the vibes were high and the coffee warmed us right up. So good linking up with @01010111.rc and @runitback_to for a quick shakeout before race day.

Huge thanks to @runasyouare and @niketoronto for making it happen.

Good luck to everyone racing tomorrow. We’ll be out cheering around the 17K mark, so keep an eye out for us. 📣

The day before race day is for easy kilometres and good company.

RunAsYouAre. and Nike are hosting Shakeout Day at Sonndr Cafe on Saturday, October 17. Pick a club and a time that suits you, shake out the legs, try the Nike demo fleet, and refuel at the WakeWater station. Coffee and snacks are on us.

Q1 - expectations exceeded, made running fun again, and many catchups ❤️

@runitback_to first time joining them on Monday and was a fun 6km run with the group! Had a dynamic warm up at the start, then ran with the 6min pace group (also had 6:30 pace!).

There was a social afterwards at @annexhotels after the run and love the venue. Thanks @tuesdaynicolas for bringing the cookies! RIB runs every Monday at 6pm starting at The Annex Hotel.

They are collaborating with @goodbehaviour.to for a 10km run on Saturday April 4th so check out their bio for more details if interested in joining!
