imma be real with yall… One thing about life—it doesn’t wait. It doesn’t give you time to breathe or pause. You just gotta roll with the punches and keep moving. Hoping and praying u get some kind or relief/break

Lately, I’ve been struggling mentally, for real. Just things have been happening and i’ve had no time to really process them. But there’s no time to struggle when there’s work to do, deadlines to meet, graduation to fight for. I’m trying to stay on top of everything—school, health, hydration, self care, friendships, relationships, productivity—while my mind is barelyyy keeping up. So a few unhealthy coping mechanisms have popped up… but i’ve been doing things that make me happy as well. I’m really grateful for all the friends that I have in my life they really make everything easier fr. In general I am truly blessed in life 🥹🙏🏾

Some days it feels like life is asking wayy too much, and I’m just trying to stay afloat, like dang 🥲. But even when it’s hard, I remind myself: just keep swimming. One breath, one step, one task at a time.

If you’re feeling this too—you’re not alone. We’re in this together and we’re gonna make it together, the best is yet to come :)
