🏅✨ MEDAL MONDAY HITS A LITTLE DIFFERENT THIS TIME!! 😭❤️

Saturday, I ran my FIRST EVER 10K at the Baltimore Running Festival, and y’all… I STILL CAN’T BELIEVE IT!! 🥹🏃🏽‍♀️

When I tell you this journey has been absolutely AMAZING!! The good, the bad, the struggles, the successes, ALL OF IT!! Every mile hasn’t been easy, but every mile has been worth it! And if this journey hasn’t taught me anything else, it’s that I CAN DO HARD THINGS!! 💪🏽❤️

And y’all know I LOVE MY RUN CLUB FAMILY!! @neighborhood_runners 🥹❤️ The love, the encouragement, the community, the way we continue to push each other… it’s truly something special! To every runner who cheered me on or gave me that extra push when I needed it, THANK YOU!!

I started this journey not knowing what I was capable of, and here I am posting my FIRST 10K MEDAL ON MEDAL MONDAY!! 😭🏅

6.2 MILES!! WHO WOULD’VE THOUGHT?! 🥹❤️

Here’s to continuing to show up, embracing the uncomfortable, and reminding ourselves that we’re capable of SO MUCH MORE than we think!! ✨

HALF MARATHON WE UP NNEEXXTTT!!!

🏃🏾‍♂️🔥 BALTIMORE RUNNING FESTIVAL! 🏅💪🏾

I’ve conquered a full marathon, I’ve run a half marathon, and today I decided to scale back and enjoy the 10K at the Baltimore Running Festival! Sometimes it’s not about the distance, but about showing up, enjoying the journey, and celebrating the love of running. Every race brings a different experience, and today was nothing short of amazing! 💯🙌🏾

The goal is to keep moving, keep growing, and never stop challenging yourself! 🏃🏾‍♂️❤️

OK Gang!
There will be no evil 😈 laugh for this post. I had planned to run the #baltimoronathon today. After running the entire #5k this morning I thought that I could. But after trying to find the VIP tent for my Black Eyed Susan challenge medal and realizing that I barely trained for this race, discretion proved to win out.
I still had a grand time this morning. I will save myself for @thebaybridgerun and @ocmdrunfest.
Until next time Gang…..

OK Gang!
The @baltimorerunfest is upon us! Today is packet pick up day!
Saw many familiar faces in the Convention Center. Loved the energy in the crowds.
Now the first round of fueling begins. One more sleep until tomorrow morning and the #baltimoronathon for me! #whosreadyforthis

The silver sensations kicked off our performance season at Druid Hill Park with the Rep Your Run crew! 🔥 @runnersrun_

We had the opportunity to set the energy for the very beginning of the race! Thank you again for having the Baltimore City College Marching Knights! 🧡
