Detroit Free Press Marathon weekend year 2 was amazing! Last year I was cheer squad, and this year I spoke on my first panel “Take Space” with @werun313 x @lululemon. Thanks @joerobinsonapx and @__lwoods for the opportunity and the wonderful hospitality. I also ran my first half marathon in about 14 months.

No race goals, just another Sunday long run with lots of people from Detroit to Canada! Tears fell along the way. I was just so grateful to be back out there. Thank you to everyone that has sent me messages or left a voice note on my @runwithrally.❤️

I’m done running in races for 2026, but I'll definitely be in these running streets cheering! Thank you for all the support over these past 14 months. Rebuilding isn’t easy, but having so many awesome people in my corner helps. Forever grateful! 🥹🫶🏾

Detroit Free Press Marathon Weekend. This year I decided to take on the Supreme Challenge which involved running over 30miles in two days, with the last race being the Full Marathon. Of course @madmilesrunclub repped heavy. Thankful as always for the love that @werun313 shows the crew. Super proud of my time as a PR’d by almost 19 minutes even though muscle cramps wouldn’t let me be great. Too many laughs and good times to count. Freep 2026 International Half Marathon. 13.1 miles with Frozone, he found his super suit. @run_buckwheat_run . We had a blast getting the crowd hype, cheering on volunteers as we ran through, and feeling the vibes. Shakeout runs, over the bridge, through tunnel, celebrating with friends... What an experience. My cup is full ❤️

Some marathon weekends are about more than miles.

Over the last two days, Detroit showed us what happens when movement, community, and belief in one another converge. From shakeout run to finish line, from cheer stations to PBs, this @freepmarathon weekend was about people showing up for themselves and showing up for their community.

I’m in awe of all 30,000 runners. I’m inspired by our @lululemon Detroit Metro Ambassadors and teams. And I’m so, so proud of the city of Detroit and the 10s of thousands of organizers, volunteers, and spectators that brought the weekend to life.

The miles brought us together this weekend. The people made it special.

Detroit, you are electric! 🔥
