24km long run - great way to spend my birthday down on Waterford greenway , that run felt so much easier than any run I’ve done since Sydney , just a week now until I’m over in Sydney with @runningwithwilly @steponerunco taking part in Cardiff half marathon for an incredible charity @a_lust_for_life #running #foryoupage #clearhead #keepthefaith

I run mostly alone. Not part of any run club.

But days like at @trasna_events. Pure bliss 🫶🫶🫶

9km easy miles in the bank. 🏃‍♂️
Great catch-up with Tomàs yesterday from Step One Run Co and even better seeing my good friend Willy back at work after a long battle with illness and back out getting some runs again .
Some runs are about more than pace and distance—they’re about people, resilience, and appreciating the journey. 💙

Great to be back in Avondale Park for the Altar Ultra series had a lot of fun shooting here last year and this year didn’t disappoint either. Also with the sun gods playing in our favour once again made it all the more enjoyable. ☀️

Certainly a long day as a photographer, but then you remember that the athletes have been running the entire time since 8:15AM puts everything in perspective.

Thanks to Conor, Mel and the rest of the Altar team for having us there again. I cant wait to share some more of the photos from the weekend over the next few days 🙌

Built this one a bit differently.

Sat down with Willy, listened to what mattered, and turned it into something he can carry with him on race day, and frame above the mantle.

From idea → design → reality, just in time for Rome Marathon 🇮🇹

Best of luck out there, Willy, was a pleasure to bring this to life for you 👊

A pleasure to kit this man out in a one-of-a-kind Step One singlet for Rome this weekend 🇮🇹

So much work goes on behind the scenes — testing, tweaking, refining — and moments like this make it all worth it.

Seeing it worn with pride, and what it means to him to cross the line and all the hardwork pay off 👊👊

He’s been backing Step One from day one… so this time, we backed him 🤝

To mark his 40th and his trip to the Rome Marathon this weekend, I wanted to create something that actually means something — not just gear, but a story he can wear on the start line 🇮🇹
A one-off. A proper special one for the mantlepiece.

And seeing how much you love it… that’s what it’s all about ❤️‍🔥

Go do your thing out there @runningwithwilly

Late on this one, @nenaghhalfmarathon - class event - and epic morning & views across the Golden Vale. The 1.26 PB was totally unexpected. Spent all of it chasing @runningwithwilly - wishing him the absolute best in @runrome_themarathon next weekend! The hay is in the barn, you will rock it. #halfmarathon
