The real gain was never just the muscle or the medals.
It was the people met through the pain, the sweat, the early mornings, the long runs, the hard lessons, and the moments nobody sees.

Fitness and sports gave me more than strength — they gave me lifelong friendships, brotherhood, memories, and a community.

That’s the real trophy.
That’s the MASTAWAY way. 💪🏾🌍

Had to run it back…
This wasn’t just about crossing a finish line. It was about showing what happens when purpose keeps moving !!
Sometimes we think strength looks loud, but truthfully… strength is waking up and continuing anyway.
And somewhere between the miles, the support, and the finish line, there was a reminder: Keep Going!
Thank you to everyone who donated, shared, showed up, reposted, supported, prayed, and believed in Team B.R.O.W.N. Every step carried community with it. 🤎🏁

Want to start off by saying… we did it.The emotions behind this day were real. Before the race even started I remember telling the team how important this was for us, truthfully this one was personal for me and for TeamBrown Inc..
A lot of times in life there are challenges we can overcome, we just don’t always know how. My best advice? Just do it anyway!!!
I started seeing the people, the support, the logos on my shirt, the community behind me… and it hit different.
When I looked around after the race I had a moment. I think sometimes we move through life so focused on surviving, providing, building, pushing through, that we forget what it feels like to come out on the other side.
This wasn’t just a 5K.This was proof that even through pressure, doubt, exhaustion and emotion… we keep going. And if one person watched this and felt inspired to keep going too, then every step was worth it!!

BCC STEP showed up and showed OUT! 🏃🏽‍♀️💙

On Saturday, May 2, 2026, we proudly participated in Bronx Community College’s 48th Annual Run the Bronx—featuring the 10K & 5K races and a 2-mile fitness walk. 🏅✨

From start to finish, the energy was unmatched! We’re so happy to see so many supporters, runners, walkers, and community members coming together to promote health, wellness, and unity. 🌿💪🏽

Moments like these remind us of the power of community and staying active together. Let’s keep moving forward—stronger and healthier! 🙌🏽🔥

I can’t tell you what this run means. I got to run for the first time in my borough & I set a new personal best.

All it takes is someone to speak life in to you when you think something is hard. @chinochubs you started that man. I don’t think you realized how it all clicked, super grateful.

To more runs. To more healing.

Happy Medal Monday!

We had another fun filled packed weekend of racing. From Bears to the Outer Galaxy and everything in between.

We are celebrating Juvenal on his first marathon. Thanks Andres and Tony who cheered him on. Followed by @chevrolito68 finishing strong at the Bear Mountain Half Marathon. Then there's Michelle who bike 40 windy miles to finish her first @bikenewyork TD 5 Boro Bike Tour. Meanwhile the entire TriLatino Juniors showed up and showed out at the @runthebronx 5K, where @benbriu also covered those streets and Maria ran 4 miles to show the Force is strong in her!

So many reasons to celebrate and say Congratulations!!
