"Yesterday, I lost my best friend of 16 years to cancer. I named you Ari, Hebrew for lion. The official mascot for Gray Chenier. You inspired my life and company to become what it is today. Every day was a good day with you, even the bad days. Thank you so much for all the joy you've given me throughout the years. You're truly the definition of selfless love. What a journey it's been, from teaching you fetch to walking on a leash. You had the friendliest soul, and no one was a stranger to you. It was truly a blessing to have had you in my life. I'll continue this journey inspired by what you've given me. I love you - Dad."

Random thoughts.. A few years ago This beautiful designer @lissdesignofficial Once told me at a fitting in LA that she thinks it's incredible how what I'm doing effects so many people in a positive way. She went on to say it effects the models lives. The Designers.. The people watching the show.. and she congratulated me. This conversation stayed in my mind for awhile.

I thought about how each and every one of us has the power to create a rippling effect in other people's lives.

Our energy and our creations are like a stone rippling a lake..

The other day I was tagged in a story by a plus sized model and she posted the video of her on the runway on TV and her status read "I can't believe I'm on the runway on TV OMG my dream has Come true.

This gave me goosebumps. Not to mention all the love I feel around my production

A year ago we lost an amazing young designer "Jay Brace" She done almost every show of mine and her last words to me was that my shows changed her life.

This was tragic for me but I felt a peace knowing she accomplished her dreams before she transitioned.

Everyone on this planet has a purpose. We are all here to create and create a positive rippling effect in each other's lives.

Each day brings optimism and a new opportunity to create the life you want and also help others to do the same 💜
