40 and pregnant, not handicapped. I’ve officially ran through the first half of my pregnancy!

Hoping to be an inspiration to women that feel late to the game or are worried about staying active while pregnant (of course be sure it’s approved by your doctor).

Shout out to my IG running friend @runwith.nic!

It’s about the people who have showed up and keep showing up and showing out. We’re feeling overwhelmed with the joy and love we have in our lives. For those who traveled far and wide to celebrate our love, we can’t thank you enough 💕💕

I’m obsessed with my friends and just hope everyone had as much fun as we did ☺️

Like running miles with a stomach shaped like a basketball and a bladder the size of a peanut 🫣

I ran by a woman today who said “you f*cking rock!” And I quickly realized the pace didn’t matter, the walk breaks, the miles all don’t matter either. Doing anything pregnant is pretty badass. No wonder all women are superheroes 🦸‍♀️

Marathon #2 is in the bag, couldn't have done it without the best support crew out there. From training all the way through race day, I couldn't have done it without them. Find people who support you doing hard things and do them together. 🤙🐢⚡️👟

Indy Monumental Half Marathon - half/full marathon state number 11, and @ms.olivia16 and I ran the whole thing together. Had such a great time meeting and seeing so many other #Ruthletes and of course seeing familiar faces from back home 🫶

I’ve been thinking about this for a while - now that Chicago and Indy are in the rearview mirror, after Dallas I have 0 races on the schedule. I’ll be honest it’s kind of nice 😅

This weekend, some of the best memories were made.

I finally got to meet my coach in person 🥹 as well as so many fellow #ruthletes!! It felt like reuniting with friends I’d known for years. The laughs were unending and the support for one another was (and is) surreal.

Honestly, spending so much time with all of these wonderful people eased my nerves for the race SO much. It was a weekend full of excitement, fun, and celebration.

The race was incredible, but the fact that I got to celebrate with these friends was the cherry on top.

Grateful is an understatement. Thanks for making this weekend the absolute best 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
