He took his pain, his struggles, and every doubt he carried — and turned them into motivation to keep moving forward.

From those difficult first steps to completing his first 42K, this was more than a marathon. It was proof of what happens when you refuse to give up on yourself.

I’m incredibly grateful that I could be beside him for his first marathon at the NMDC Marathon. 🙌

42.2 kilometres of courage, pain, perseverance, and belief.

Pain became motivation.
Struggle became strength.
And the finish line became a new beginning.

This was my first-ever 10K run, and I never imagined I would finish second in the women’s category! 🥈✨

Yesterday, I received a call from @runwithvp informing me that I had secured second place, and I was honestly surprised and thrilled! ❤️

I didn’t have much time to train, but I still decided to take on the challenge. A big thank you to @thatcoffeerunner for always encouraging me and pushing me to give this a try. I probably wouldn’t have done it without that little push! 🏃‍♀️❤️

And a big thank you to @foodathon__official for organizing the event so well and giving me such a wonderful experience.

Most of all, I’m just really grateful to God for giving me the strength, confidence, and good health to do this. I never thought I would be able to run a 10K, let alone finish second. Feeling truly blessed and grateful for this experience. 🙏❤️

Here’s to many more runs! 🏃‍♀️✨

Day 50

16 KM trail run after back-to-back Foodathon event work! 💪

The body was tired, but the goal was continuity.

In between the event work, I also managed to continue my strength training. I’ve recorded the session and will be posting the video as well.

No matter how busy the schedule gets, keep showing up.
