Last night was everything!
Thank you to “EVERYONE” who came out to my End of Summer Game Night Pop-Up @wtfdumbostudio The energy, The food, The drinks, The guests, The conversations, The laughter , It was intentional, Beautiful & full of community. Big shoutout to everyone who shopped Clutch Cosmetics! ❤️

23yrs as a makeup artist & 5 years of curating these experiences. I’m so grateful to know that I’ve created a space where my community & business owners can come together, connect, build, and simply enjoy themselves in a safe and welcoming environment.

Who would’ve thought that starting events in my Brooklyn backyard in 2020 would grow into this? From Brooklyn to Atlanta and back to my city. Being able to curate experiences at this capacity is something I don’t take lightly. This is bigger than a pop up. This is community This is connection, This is Clutch Co.

Sneak peek at our day on press viscosity printing for @kameelahr for a forthcoming monoprint series.

@ruokok has been spearheading this project, and has put the last several months into studying Krishna Reddy’s technique and adapting it to Shoestring and Kameelah’s work. She has been ably seconded by @augustgooseberry and (more recently) @gigimossofficial along with Erich Erving (seen here mugging for the camera.

This, right here, is the dream. Wide-open experimentation across silkscreen and intaglio, working with an artist we love in the shop, building new technique without a deadline, and bringing new printmakers along for hands-on learning and input.
