The living room of the second apartment in our Parsons Green project. As the first space you step into, it sets the tone for the home. We wanted it to feel harmonious and sophisticated, and inviting.

An exceptional Georgian townhouse on one of Soho’s historic streets.

Grade II listed and rich in original character, this four/five-bedroom home pairs elegant period details, vaulted ceilings and beautifully considered interiors with two terraces, including a spectacular rooftop retreat.

Set on D’Arblay Street, moments from Carnaby Street and the West End, it offers a rare opportunity to experience townhouse living in the heart of London.

So excited to share this ! Working on this project with my husband has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve done.

I’m used to the feeling of seeing a design come together, but there’s something especially moving about looking around and knowing we’ve created this together. So many conversations, decisions and details, now brought to life.

This is the first of the two apartments we’ve been working on in Parsons Green. I’m so proud of how it’s turned out, and very grateful to have shared the experience with him.

A first look inside.

Yesterday I was invited by Russell Simpson to have a look around Old Warren Farm, a fascinating property hidden away in the woodland of Wimbledon Common.

Dating back to 1617, it sits in over two acres and includes the historic farmhouse, a second house, converted barn, swimming pool, tennis court and stables. It’s now looking for someone with the vision to bring a new lease of life to it. It would be a big project but quite a special one.

Currently on the market for £8,950,000 with Russell Simpson.
