Shout out to @rust.jackson on getting back to lacrosse 7 months post ACL surgery!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jackson the past three months helping him build his strength, power, speed, and agility to help him get back to lacrosse for his senior year.

He’s made significant improvements and is looking much more comfortable out there on the field throwing kids around (white #17)

Will continue to work with him throughout the season to to ensure he continues to improve and stay healthy for the remainder of the season!

This is a couple clips of our time together from where he started to now.

Happy to see you back out on the field! 💪

Working with 2 athletes in 2 separate phases of our return to sport ACL rehab program. Featuring the @shredmillspeed to start sprinting and power production earlier in the rehab proces!

Thank you football!

I’m so blessed that I’ve been able to play the game I love for the past 9 years. I’m super grateful for all of the friends I’ve met and the relationships football has given me. It’s truly been an honor to play with my brothers at Davis high. Each one of the seniors motivated, inspired, and helped me in my lowest times. I love each and every one of you boys. Lastly id like to thank my coaches @jimwilson23 @campribb @coach_peery for being great role models and amazing coaches! 🤎💛

I’m forever grateful for the memories and brothers I have made for the last 10 years of football. I love all the coaches and teammates that were apart of it. Football is a chapter I won’t forget in my life. #45✌🏼 #dhp
