POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

When I went to @rustandwax last week to pick up the 2 TON records they restocked, I went ahead and grabbed another heavy masterpiece from ‘93 in Life of Agony’s River Runs Red! Fun fact you probably already knew: this album has the same drummer as Type O’s first couple albums. 🩸 #lifeofagony #typeonegative #vinyl #vinylcollector #vinylrecords

vol. 1: chill day activities

we had a really nice day:)

we grabbed coffee at one of our favorite spots and went to the farmer’s market, we got some goodies and were taking Polaroid pics along the way.

*we forgot to get a clip of the yummiest dubai brownie with baklava 🤤 from @aska_sweets booth, next time we’ll have to.

then we went to our favorite art thrifting spot and favorite record store. we only got one clip walking inside the art store (to be fair we were on a mission because they were closing soon) and i can’t believe we forgot to get a clip of @rustandwax , that place is super cool!

then we went grocery shopping for the week, went home, and worked on some art.

to be honest we both feel a little awkward filming, especially in such busy places… 🤣 but it’s worth it because making this was fun! we just have to get better at filming the good stuff lol.

Good things take good people. And we’re pretty lucky to have Louis in our corner.

From the early days of The Warehouse District to what’s taking shape at WPB Exchange, Ramen Lab Eatery has been part of this story for a long time.

Meet Louis and the team behind @ramenlabeatery. One of the familiar faces helping us build something new.

Finally picked up one of my all-time favorite albums on vinyl last week as soon as I saw @rustandwax had restocked it, it’s the 1994 “Suspended In Dusk” revision of Type O Negative’s 1993 breakout album, Bloody Kisses! 💋💚🖤 #typeonegative #gothicmetal #vinyl #vinylcollector #vinylrecords

Super hyped I was able to grab Type O Negative’s first album, 1991’s Slow, Deep & Hard, last week when @rustandwax got it restocked! 💚🖤 #typeonegative #gothicmetal #vinyl #vinylcollector #vinylrecords

Vinyl of the week is “FREE SPIRITS” by CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, bringing a little musical magia to the house and reminding me that it’s ok to no be ok. 👻🎶

Somewhere between the long days, big decisions, and a thousand moving pieces, there’s this.

A group of people who believe in what we’re building together. Thanks to Dustin at @atlanticcurrent for capturing a little piece of this chapter we’re sure we’ll remember forever.

Taking a second to appreciate the company we’re keeping. More of their stories soon. 🫶

There’s a certain magic to finding a little escape in Florida. Dappled sunlight. Warm air. Good music. A cocktail in hand. Conversations that stretch long after sunset.

While the Front Porch welcomes the whole family, the Back Patio is reserved for the grown-ups. Tucked behind Elizabeth’s Curious Cocktails, @wpbexchange’s future bar, this adults-only retreat is designed for slowing down, settling in, and staying a little longer.

Long before WPB Exchange existed, artist Melissa Deckert created a mural here that quietly became part of Caroline Station’s story. Today, it remains at the heart of this space—not simply as something to preserve, but as something to build upon.

Its colors, textures, and quiet sense of mystery have inspired every design decision that followed, creating an open-air extension of Elizabeth’s Curious Cocktails with a character all its own.

We’re making room for independent brands at WPB Exchange 🌿✨〰️

Introducing 𝐖𝐏𝐁𝐄 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 — a thoughtfully curated collection of local creatives and independent brands becoming part of the everyday WPBE experience.

Long before WPB Exchange, Elizabeth Ave Station gave local creatives a place to put their work into the world. Nearly a decade later, we’re bringing a little piece of that spirit back.

Think less traditional storefront, more a little corner to call your own. A shelf. A surface. A small collection of really good things, thoughtfully placed alongside other creatives we believe in.

Space will be intentionally limited and highly curated, with opportunities designed for a range of small footprints.

We’d love to see what you’re making.

Making room for the next wave of creatives on the Front Porch.

We’ve always believed creativity begins long before adulthood. That’s why we’ve partnered with @sisumethod to help shape spaces for children that invite wonder, imagination, and discovery. From creative programming inside the Lounge to outdoor experiences on the Front Porch, there’s so much more in store for WPBE’s littlest regulars.

Some of the best childhood memories happen outside. Together, we’re imagining a space where music, movement, art, exploration, and connection come naturally. Where little minds can wander, friendships begin, and curiosity has room to grow—all while parents settle in, stay awhile, and become part of the rhythm of WPB Exchange.

We hope this becomes one of those places children look back on years from now. The place where they discovered a love for art, music, nature, or simply being together.

After all, today’s little explorers become tomorrow’s creators & entrepreneurs.

We’ve been keeping a little something up our sleeves for WPBE’s smallest future regulars. 🌞🍃🌈✨🎨🎭🪇🧪🥁🍕🌻 Safe to say, they’re going to have some pretty cool things to grow into.

Parents, consider this your cue to tell your friends. 🫶😉
