2 years ago, I would get winded while walking up the stairs and almost everything in my body hurt or didn’t work. I hadn’t worked out in 10 years since my last ufc fight. I walked away from it completely. Simple tasks were difficult and I was so out of shape. I had become close friends with @liverking and he motivated me, encouraged me, and guided me to transform back into the Hammer and we would do big things. He is now my brother. Hundred days post my last hip operation the last of six hopefully. It feels better and stronger every single day. There is still pain and a little fear, but I am getting close. I have been on his body transformation grind for two years straight now I’ve only missed two days and that’s because I was in the hospital in a coma. I am very proud of myself. I will compete again in the barbarian for sure 1 mile slide pole with 300 pounds for a time it’s a rite of passage. Thanks for the original push And motivation @liverking @the.fittest.ever. Tampa, Florida marathon day marathon week I haven’t fasted the whole week I checked my weight I was very surprised I thought I might’ve gained I lost 9 pounds 241lbs Today I feel like Superman I feel good. I’m not sure we will find out I will be doing @liverking barbarian sled pole it’s going to be sick, grueling and pain.1 mile pulling a sled with 300 lbs 😤It’s a way of life a right of passage. What else am I gonna do? I don’t know.
