HONEST REVIEW of @rustys.belmore 🍝🍕✨

• Big T’s 13”
Super fresh toppings so if you enjoy a more mild pizza taste this one’s for you! Felt like it could’ve had more flavour but it was a good balance between the rest of the dishes.

• The Godfather 13” ⭐️
Meaty toppings are always a fave for me and the jalapeños gave it a delicious kick. They went a bit crazy with the hot honey though it could’ve been less sweet.

• Peaky Prawns 13”
Very similar to Big T’s, and honestly felt a bit same same to me. The only thing is this one has prawns so it depends on whether you have preference for seafood.

• No Vodkatoni
Didn’t really taste like a traditional vodka pasta, it was more of a tomato base but still enjoyable.

• Ragu Alla Bolognese
This was a miss for me. I really like the bite and juiciness of carrots and celery in my bolognese but this was heavy on the mince so it felt a bit flat and bland.

• Gochujang Honey Wings ⭐️
These were absolutely delicious, it had a good amount of spice to it and the wings themselves were soo juicy. Would definitely order again!

• Skin on Fries (+ gravy) ⭐️
The perfect crispiness to potato ratio. It was seasoned perfectly, I don’t think the gravy is necessary.

Overall I think there are definitely some solid dishes but a few that could be enhanced and developed more. I would revisit for pizzas and sides as those were solid but I wasn’t a huge fan of the pastas.

Rainy days somehow make café hopping even better ☕️🌧️

Couldn’t stop thinking about this cute little spot in Belmore — the iconic red walls instantly caught my eye ❤️ A café by day and pizza spot by night? Say less.

The strawberry matcha was SUCH a moment 🍓🍵 topped with the prettiest strawberry cream cloud, sweet, creamy and surprisingly balanced. Also lowkey obsessed with their coconut latte.

And don’t skip the scrolls… walked out with extra ones fresh from the oven because one simply wasn’t enough 🤭

The sweetest staff, locals chatting over coffee, and that warm neighbourhood vibe you just can’t fake. These are the places I love discovering 🫶

@rustys.belmore is Belmore’s newest halal NY-style pizzeria and pasta spot 🍕So many of you told me to try Rusty’s and now I completely understand why. Their New York style pizzas are made with 72-hour fermented dough while their modern-italian style pastas like their Gnocchivore was full melt-in-your-mouth goooood!
