The sound is the medicine.

A gentle hum, a deep vibration—
Sound healing is how I come back to myself.
It’s how I invite others to return, too.

Years ago, Ivy and I crossed paths,
and since then, we’ve filled my spa
with bowls and bells, tones and stillness—
a sanctuary for the soul.

Each session is a ceremony.
A space for unwinding, remembering,
breathing deeper, feeling softer.

It’s more than meditation.
It’s friendship.
It’s community.
It’s the quiet kind of magic that connects us all.

Come sit with us sometime.
Let the sound carry what you no longer need.
